See the plan of boathouses/boathouses below that have already been granted a building permit.
"The County Administrative Board notes that a detailed plan exists for the area. Issues that have already been decided in the planning procedure cannot be re-examined through an appeal of a building permit granted in accordance with the detailed plan. In the current case, it is clear from the detailed plan that the Vb area, where the boathouses are to be built, is an area that may be built with boathouses. The planning regulations show that there are restrictions on the size and height of buildings in the areas designated F and I. These areas may only be used for residential purposes where the main building is built detached and with a maximum of one floor. There are no corresponding regulations for the area designated Vb. The size and height of the boathouses therefore do not conflict with the detailed plan."
